How it works
The 1:1 Seasonal Reset Day includes:
• A 1 hour creative coaching session before the day
• A full restorative day by the sea
• A 1 hour integration coaching session afterwards
The session beforehand gives us space to explore where you are now, what feels important, and what you need from the experience.
The day itself is intentionally spacious.
Sea air.
Time to walk.
Time to rest.
Time to think.
Time to breathe.
Gentle conversation.
Creative coaching woven naturally through the day.
No packed schedule.
No pressure to perform.
No rushing from one thing to the next.
The spaciousness is part of the reset.
The session afterwards gives you space to reflect on what came up during the day and how you want to move forward with more balance and intention.

Venue, refreshments, travel, and any additional activities are arranged separately depending on location and preference.
