I take your privacy seriously. This page explains what information I collect and why, how this website uses cookies, and the terms that apply when you use the website or buy something from Space Together.

Your information
I may collect your name and contact details, information you provide when you contact or work with me, information needed for bookings and purchases, your email preferences if you join my mailing list, and basic information about how you use this website.
I use this information to respond to enquiries, provide coaching, workshops, events and resources, process bookings and payments, send emails you've chosen to receive, keep appropriate business records and run Space Together.
I only use personal information where I have a lawful reason to do so, including providing something you've asked for, fulfilling a contract, meeting a legal obligation, pursuing a legitimate business interest or where you've given consent.
If you choose to share information about your health or wellbeing when working with me, I treat this with particular care.
Who I share information with
I don't sell your personal information.
I use a small number of services to run Space Together, including Squarespace for this website, Mailchimp for emails, Eventbrite for some event bookings, Payhip for digital resources and Stripe for payments.
Some of these services may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used to protect personal information transferred internationally. I may also disclose information where required by law.
How long I keep your information
I only keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide my services, maintain appropriate records and meet legal, accounting or professional requirements.
Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights over your personal information, including asking to see or correct it, asking for it to be deleted or restricted, objecting to certain uses and withdrawing consent where consent is being relied upon.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how your information has been handled.
Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the website to work properly. Others may help me understand how the website is being used.
When you first visit, you can make your cookie choices through the cookie banner and change them later through Cookie Settings. You can also manage cookies through your browser.
If you follow links to other services such as Eventbrite, Payhip or Stripe, their own cookie and privacy policies will apply when you use their websites.
Using Space Together
The information, practices and resources on this website are provided for general information, coaching and wellbeing purposes. They aren't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and aren't a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological or other professional support.
Guided rest and Yoga Nidra
Please don't listen to guided rest, Yoga Nidra or other relaxation audio while driving, operating machinery or doing anything requiring your full attention. You can pause or stop at any time.
Coaching and 1:1 work
Coaching and restorative support offer space for reflection, exploration and development. They aren't therapy, medical treatment or crisis support. You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions.
Specific payment, cancellation and rescheduling arrangements will be agreed when you book.
Events and workshops
Dates, locations, prices and cancellation arrangements will be provided when you book. Where Eventbrite is used, any additional terms shown during booking will also apply.
If Space Together cancels a paid event, you'll be offered an appropriate alternative or a refund.
Digital resources and The Shelf
Digital resources are for your personal use unless otherwise stated. Please don't copy, reproduce, share, resell or distribute them without permission.
Where paid digital content is available immediately, information about any applicable cancellation rights will be provided during purchase.
Payments and copyright
Payments may be processed through Payhip, Stripe or another payment provider shown when you purchase. Space Together doesn't directly store your full payment-card details.
Unless otherwise stated, original words, recordings, exercises and resources created by Space Together belong to Briony Lawton trading as Space Together. You're welcome to share links to the website, but please don't reproduce or distribute the content without permission.
I do my best to keep this website accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
