The Ground Work

Organisational development, leadership and team support for sustainable ways of working.

When you're in the thick of work, it can be hard to see the wood for the trees.

Ground Work creates practical, reflective and restorative space for organisations (teams & leaders) to step back and look at what's actually going on.

This might be about how people are working together, what they're collectively working with, where the pace and pressure are showing up, what's getting in the way and what might need some attention for sustainable ways of working together.

We start with what's happening and work from there.

How We Work Together

Common Ground

For teams and leadership teams.

A chance to understand yourselves, each other and what you’re working with together.

We might draw on Insights Discovery, Motivational Maps, Time to Think, facilitated conversations, sessions, reflective and creative practices.

Room to Think

For leaders.

Confidential 1:1 support to step out of the weeds.

Room to think, breathe, put some things down and work out what matters now.

Coaching and restorative practice, depending on what you need.

Pressure Points

For when the pressure is showing.

A chance to understand what happens when things get difficult, what people are carrying and what might help.

We might draw on resilience psychometrics, the Seven Types of Rest and restorative practices.

Because resilience isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about resourcing ourselves and how we meet challenges.

Unplug Together

For stopping.

Not talking about rest. Actually making room for it.

Guided rest, Yoga Nidra, sound, reflection and nature, either as a standalone pause or woven into the working day, team days, away days, conferences and events.

Step Away Days

For when you need more room.

Half or full days away from the usual working environment.

We walk. Spend time in nature. Think. Talk. Breathe.

Room for whatever needs some proper attention, without squeezing it into another meeting.

Start with what's happening.

You don't need to know which session, workshop or piece of support you need before getting in touch.

Tell me what's happening. We'll start there.
